Order Questions How do I place an order? At Fair Eire you can shop online and pay for your purchases securely on this website. Simply view the catalogue, find an item you want to buy and click the purchase now button at the bottom of the product information. You can then either move to the checkout to pay for your product or continue shopping online. You can view you items at any time by looking in your shopping cart. You can also increase your order amount or delete and item easily buy using the icons at the side of each item you have ordered. Simply move your cursor over the icons and they will tell you what they are for. How will my payment be made? You can pay online using PAYPAL which requires you to sign up and make an account. This takes a matter of moments and then you can purchase your goods. Or you can use your Visa, Visa Electron, Sole or Master card to purchase your items through our NOCHEX secure payment link. Please note when you make the payment you are taken away from our shopping site but these companies are secure online payment providers used throughout the world. When will you process my order? We try to process all orders within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Should there be any issues with sending your order we will contact you by email immediately. Processed orders will then be sent in AN POST's next delivery for that day. Can I track my order? Depending on the carrier we send your order with, the dispatch email we send you may include a unique tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your parcel. Can I change my order? Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. Can I cancel my order? Yes, of course, but you need to be quick about it. You can only do it by emailing us direct within an hour of making the order. We cannot guarantee it will not have been sent. If we can change the order then you can cancel individual items or the whole order. 7 day Cooling-Off Period In addition to our returns policy , under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from faireire.com, for a full refund. In this case we will provide you with a full refund but we would ask you to return the cancelled items at your cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. |
