Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to many places including the UK, Europe, and North America. Rates for delivery to these countries should come up when you make your order. For delivery rates to all other countries please contact us before making an order and advise us of what you wish us to send. We aim to give you a postal quote within 24 hours.

How much is the delivery charge?

We use An Post for shipping across the world and their rates are available at www.anpost.ie. We weigh each item and estimate postage based on weight and size as this dictates the charge made by An Post.

How long will it take for me to receive my goods?

We can not give a guarantee of postage times as we are reliant on AN POST for delivery of your goods. However we use first class post to send your items and we find most Irish parcels arrive within two working days and most UK and worldwide parcels arrive within seven working days.

Is my order insured?

NO, not unless you choose and pay for your registered post when you pay for delivery. If insurance is requested and paid for at check out, we use An Post Registered Post. This includes next day delivery/ a track and trace option/ insurance of £320 on goods sent to the ROI or UK. An electronic signature is taken on delivery.

Can i have next day delivery for my order?

Next day delivery option is only available for goods being delivered in ROI using Express Service. This offers a track and trace facility and guarantees next working day delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday and Bank or Public Holidays. Express Post items posted on Fri/Sat will arrive Monday.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
